Conceptual framework - youth work ecosystem

What makes a successful youth work ecosystem? Have a look at the conceptual document we have developed in our study about youth work recognition in the Western Balkans. We used a narrative analysis of European policy documents on youth work to conceptualize a list of criteria one has to look at if they want to evaluate whether youth work exists and does its job in the country.

Our study asked the main question: What is our understanding of youth work recognition in Western Balkans region?

We gathered an analysed policy documents and previous studies on youth policy and youth work in the region, analysed it across the conceptual framework mentioned above and did a thematic analysis of main patterns and developments answering the main question.
